By my understanding, parole and DCJ go into the academy together. Since I had my interview with dcj 2 weeks ago am I Still eligible for this academy coming up? If I’m lucky enough to keep going in the process obviously.

Don't know who told you there was no OT, but they are definitely wrong. With no law enforcement experience you come in as a Detective Trainee making 50k. 6 months after the academy you get moved to Detective 1 and 55k, then follow the contract (currently expired) and steps. Yea i have not heard anything either. I still wonder why they asked in the application if we were PTC certified? Do they plan on waiving people? I doubt it but I really hope so if I am selected. They always ask that. They are not going to waive anyone regardless of state or experience. I've been to...
