I don't know how I am only seeing this now but thank you for the response. I currently have 5 years in the pensions but I wanted to retire at 45 which would be in another 15 years. Depends when you first started paying into the pension(would determine what tier you are) I started an academy May 2011 but didn't graduate until aug 2011.....it was changed in July 2011 from 25-30yrs.
