try finding some used uniforms to save on money. like i said before, pt gear is something you have to get new bc of obvious reasons but the rest, shop around for used stuff. maybe some people on here have uniforms for sale for cheap

no just go to your local uniform store. they should have a list of everything you need to purchase for the academy. like mentioned, the academy gives you the binder, they give you the plastic orange gun and holster, a water bottle, and they give you a raincoat if i remember correctly

you can buy pretty much everything on your own except the pt gear.

one towns cert has nothin to do with the next towns cert. you'll be fine. you can be in multiple hiring phases with multiple depts at the same time if thats just how it plays out. score high 90s and you'll see them certs pouring in

i really dont see the point in college credits, especially for anyone thats already ptc certified
