Does doing the deputy division program (volunteering with the ECSO)and taking the civil service exam give you more of a chance being hired by the ECSO?

Yes Ok thank you because some places say you have to take civil service but then I have heard that they select sleo2 and waive them. I mean they are correct in saying that you have to be on their civil service list to be hired and then waived. They won't just pick you up off the street because you'...

Youre always a volunteer and never get a full cert unless you get picked up full time somewhere Thank you. Is it possible that the ECSO waives you at some point. No, full time sheriffs officer is a civil service title so you have to take the test to move up to full time there Oh I see thank you so ...
