On the “careers” page of the Camden County Police website, it says “New changes to the civil service laws now provide an alternative path to becoming a full-time police officer without taking the entry-level examination.“.

I don't want to accept a cert for a town and have that disqualify me from getting a cert from others because if i am not chosen then that just delays the process entirely. On the Camden County PD website it says if you are a county resident and have past the lee then to submit an application. Does that mean you have to apply and they dont go through the cert process?
