first 2% is for October 2019

second 2% will come in July 2021

what the hell happened to the year 2020 raise?

I'm sure the membership will vote "YES" on this contract....and I'm sure both the state and the union don't want a re-play of the last contract on how/when the money was distributed that was a cluster F**K .....
