Gang- anyone who got a deferred 163 email has to do the BIQ all over again and we will not be assigned to the same investigator.
BIQ start in early August.
Then we will probably be waived from the CRB and Pysch

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
I agree - the background takes alot of resources on top of their jobs.
I think post CRB - 163 deferred applicants start with the med/pysch phase and the rest catch up

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
gang- I have a question for anyone that was in class 161 cycle and got deferred to class 162.
Did you get a deferred letter AND then a COE letter - or just one letter/email saying you had a COE for 162 ??
Thanks

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
Bernard - still waiting to hear post CRB as well. Some deniel emails went out last week. And my friend had a last minute COE last week for 162.
I think once 162 has an official start date - we should hear something.

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
A friend of mine got a COE today for class 162.
Maybe a handful of people failed the medical and/or physical and they took next person on list.
He has a lot to do in a short window but did get into 162.

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
Toti- did you say that you are 2nd time around at the CRB ??
When you didn’t pass the first rime - did you have to start the process all over again ? Or just go back to the CRB ??

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
Gang- I have a family vacation coming up this weekend and I was losing sleep with possibly missing the physical so I decided to call the selection unit this morning. Hopefully this will give some guys some relief. Class 162 is just about full. If you don't get a COE by Thursday at the latest you wil...

Re: NJSP 2020 cycle
Gang- I have nothing to base this comment on but just my gut. The most recent application process (due last week) had very low numbers. There was a NJ.com article on it and Col Callahan was on 880 radio saying how low it was. I think NJSP received 2000 applications vs the normal 15K. I think that ma...
