Re: 20 years of service

Hey everyone, I noticed recently some people with 20 years in the pension have opted to retire. Apparently this option has made available for the next three years. As someone with 9+ years, if I opted to retire in 11 years on the 20th year, how long until I am able to collect my pension of 50%? Of c...

Re: 20 years of service

What’s up guys, with the way policing is going I thinking of also doing 20 years and out. I currently have 9 years in. I know things can always change but I’m wondering if as soon as I would retire which would be around 45 years old, would I be able to start immediately collecting my pension? The pr...

Re: Psychological interview

I thought that was a little long for a psych interview as well. This also was my third time and I did not remember it taking this long.

Psychological interview

Hey everyone, I had just completed a psychological interview which I thought went relatively normal. Is 25 minutes a normal range of time? This stuff gives me anxiety like I’m sure it does all of us.

Re: Hearing back from a Department

If you get a 2nd interview for a department is it more than likely you’ll get a call back after? I’ve never done a two interview process. I’m guessing you get a second one cause they are interested. I’m stressed out over here lol.

Hearing back from a Department

Merry Christmas and happy new year guys, I’m starting to get concerned. I had recently interviewed with two departments around December 10th. I understand it’s the holidays but I have not heard anything back for either department yet. Is it normal to not hear anything before the new year? I’m trying...
