So we gotta strip the boots & shoes with shaving cream. So I am going to apply the shaving cream then brush it into the leather with a toothbrush. I found some posts where they do it under running water... I have to repeat this process till the leather turns grey and then apply the leather dye....

It’s a Monday to Friday job with weekends off/holidays off and you can work on weekends for overtime. They do have units like patrol, K9, detective, narcotics, etc. But it take a few years to get there. It's 30. 20 and out is supposedly coming back for a test run for 50% and no medical. That will probably not last too long due to the current climate and people edging to get out.
