Registrations will be limited to the first one hundred twenty-five (125) applicants.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee of One Hundred twenty ($125.00) dollars.
The Borough of Northvale, NJ will be accepting registrants for the Police Entry Level Examination to be held on October 28, 2019. Interested parties may register and submit an application starting on October 7, 2019 by visiting Deadline for application submittal is October 20, 2019. The test will begin at promptly at 6:00pm, Check in will begin at 5:00pm.

Location: St. Anthony's Church-199 Walnut Street, Northvale NJ.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

Candidates are required to be 18-35 years of age, a citizen of the United States, and meet the requirements listed below:
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States, or;
Four years of military service with an honorable discharge, or;
Two years military service with a two-year associate’s degree, or;
A valid New Jersey Police Training Commission Certificate with a two-year associate’s degree or;
A valid New Jersey SLEO II Training Certificate with a two-year associate’s degree.
As required by law, all applicants must be a New Jersey State resident at the time of appointment. At the time of the exam, Registrants must provide a copy of their valid Driver’s License.
