Similar to the posts found under the preparation section - is anyone interested in working with me to help me prepare for the academy? I am looking for HIIT Bodyweight workouts that are similar to any academy’s PT sessions. Running I am on top of, would just like to improve my endurance for all the squat thrusts, push ups, burpees, mountain climbers, flutter kicks etc.
