I believe you’ll honestly be under the 100 mark after the next cert, however, I know 3 people already in the process now as we speak from this list , they all scored a 97

Yea I know a few guys working in Paterson pd now as well and a few guys who are being processed for next academy but I’m hearing all sorts of different things at this point lol, from one of my buddies told me this morning that they need 100+ cops as soon as possible so if that is the case than there’s definitely a high chance of making it in.

I will confirm it will Be 100 officers that’s the word Paterson is at there low , a major impact on employment is the census, it is important to complete that form in all households that will double the numbers for hiring , but people don’t do the necessary , if population is increased more officers are needed. But I believe Paterson needs over 500 due to the high dense population already

i believe the next cert should be about a month due to the fact if they disqualify a few people and don't meet there required head count for hire

They’ve gotta get through the first batch of hires before moving on and they usually cert up to 400 people at a time because they expect majority will fail the background,so once orientation is out the way on Monday the next half should hear from them for the next orientation.
