Y'all are putting way too much thought into sending back a letter of interest. It's yes I'm interested, here is my cert number, email and phone number. That's it. You don't have to sign it. Definitely don't hand write it.

Wait, so we shouldn't get it notarized and sign it in blood? Paterson is going to remember me then, haha

I thought it was obvious that you had to sacrifice something then use it's blood to sign.

Hey, what’s up guys. Quick question, What are my chances of getting a certification from any PD with a 79 score? Passaic county. I don’t want corrections.

Paterson is your only chance and if you did it would be at the tail end of the list. I’d say less than a 25% chance.

Little to no chance unless it’s a town that’s exhausts their list

Wait on it youll get it. Last go around i knew someone was in the academy within 6 months of the scores coming out with an 89

I wouldn’t expect any certs from Newark anytime soon. They’re talking about layoffs for officers and firemen due to the virus economic impact. So with that I doubt that they are in a hurry to hire.
