Ill just keep my fingers crossed and hope everything plays out in my favor. Thank you for responding!Cedd89 wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 4:00 pmEssex county always hires. You should be good. It depends what town that is for. All because you are 64 does not mean anything if it is for a large PD ( small PD and you are 64, it will take some time). There are ppl who take the civil and have felonies or crazy backgrounds. You will be surprised how quickly they DQ ppl and move on the list.

Thanks, that’s definitely true. Gives me some more hope. But my driving record isn’t the best, I’ll say that with all honesty. I don’t have any DUIs or anything serious, but I do have a couple accidents. just hope I can get an opportunity.RJJersey wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 6:12 pmIt depends what town that is for. If it’s accidents only , you’ll be fine , it’s all about the time since your last moving violations

Not 100% sure what you’re asking but I think what you’re getting at is how do vets vs non vets rank. Vets are ranked above non vets regardless of passing score. So a vet with a 70 is better than a non vet with a 99.99. And to mention disabled vets, they even get preference over regular vets.Cityairbender06 wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 9:50 pm Where would vets that placed lowerr compared to a non vet that scored high?
