Guys have to understand that the certs might not come out the same way as they did before Covid. I know Doc academy is May and December....then Morris county academy is July and January. Even if they open the academies back up, doesn't mean that the departments will still have their checks done to meet the winter time frame. "Patience is a virtue"

Hate to brake it to you but everyone will be under tier 3 and have to do 30yrs....so all guys can do is cross their fingers and hope they get a cert before 29

Hate to brake it to you but everyone will be under tier 3 and have to do 30yrs....so all guys can do is cross their fingers and hope they get a cert before 29
That is incorrect information. 30 years for 65%, but you can still do a special retirement at 25 years for 60%.

True Should have specified more by saying "have to" just referred to the full %.....hoping it will go back to 25 at some point.
