As long as you didn’t get a DQ THERES TIME🙃 covid means smaller groups . But I’m confident you should get one ☺️

I missed my first orientation and I didn’t get the invite until a week before the academy.

How did you miss it? How did you get all the info for the academy if you did not have orientation? Which class?

They didn’t schedule me for it, the second orientation is mandatory for everyone even tho I heard my classmates say there was like 1 or 2 who didn’t get the email for that one either.. I’m 245

And I received an email from recruitment with academy invitation and a list of everything I needed so I had very little time to buy stuff and be ready, it is a lot of stuff you have to get for the academy.

Wow. Extremely counterproductive. It is very challenging to train everyday next to work and not having the invitation. I want to give a notice to my current job and focus on traning 💯 . Plus I lam constantly worrying. Thank you for your answers Jersey!

Try to have at least $1,200 or more ready to go when you get your Notice. You'll be scrambling trying to buy everything. I had less than 2 weeks from my notice to the start of the academy.

Don’t be too disappointed that you don’t get a lot of response from 250, most of them are returning from 249 after being placed on medical hold or coming home from class 249 for various reasons including COVID, heartbroken yet grateful! Going through it the emotional wait process a second time isn’t fun. and speaking for myself I know I don’t want to put myself out there again as I did in august until after 2/9, 2/26, and potentially 2/23. Keep training and hope for the best.
