Which is better county or state corrections ? I’m currently working for the state but got a cert for Middlesex County Corrections

You need to find out all the details of the county your looking at. Every County is different with pay and benefits. Just remember at the county level if the county does cuts, Last one hired first one fired.

I think state is pretty stable, you really need to mess up to get fired. With everything, have to weigh the pros and cons.

No Job is stable. BUT, Yes I believe the state is more stable. But like I said You have to look at the benefits that the county is offering.
