Historically, this unaggressive union attorney isnt very effective . claiming a total of 6 meetings with state and only a 3% increase from the initial offer?! how much did that cost the membership and maybe we should seek new counsel instead of same ole same ole? how about CWAs attorney? just a thought..

The wants and needs vary for all organizations . the answers to the following questions might help the members ratify a proposed agreement . what are the actual contract increases ? what concessions have been made by both employer and union ? and finally what additional benefits has the union asked for its board members? dont keep secrets .spell it out for all members to make an educated decision . or maybe they dont want you to see the fringes.. just sayin

So based on the meeting held on sept 11th is the LA salary guide going to be eliminated as soon as this contract is signed and no longer in 2025 ?

Word on the street the consolidation of erg was squashed . So no, the guide will stay in tact as far as I know
If for some reason they try to eliminate the LA pay scale anyone thats affected should vote NO for MOA offer.
I will also vote NO even though it will not affect me!!
