You can bring whatever fits inside a gallon zip block bag labeled with your name.

I just wanna verify with you guys, about the snacks. From my understanding and some others I’ve talked with outside of the forum.. the first week we were not allowed to bring snacks. I remember in orientation they said the first week “probably not” I think the email was informational. BUT I’m not an instructor so I may be wrong. Just trying to help out. As well as save some push-ups for you and possibly whatever platoon you’re in.

Does anyone know if the long sleeves shirts( 5 pack) DT gear needs trainees name and class number on it. I had bought my gear in package deal and just noticed that long sleeve shirts don’t have names on it. Also I noticed in NjDoc videos on YouTube, the people have their names on the long sleeves. Any advice Thanks.

My long sleeve t shirts do not have my name or class number on them. Only my sweatshirts and t shirts do.

Also did anyone use the shaving cream method on the boots? I was recommended by a lot of people to not to do so.

Shoe polish and a heat gun easiest and fastest way .. and cotton balls and it is allowed by the academy they don’t like quick shine tho so if anyone has, hide it . And don’t be stupid enough to bring any type of prescribed medication not prescribed to you in a Tylenol bottle or Advil bottle they will check and catch you.. you will be immediately fired . Good luck To all
