I’m waiting on my medical: FINALLY I WAS CLEARED FROM PHASE 3! This has been a very long process for myself to all those on phase 1-3 please BE PATIENT! I’m just being hired from 2016 list

So it’s a lot of factors: train your mind and your body ! Get your 1.5 in less than 15:55 get your laps in without music! Difficult to condition your body to run without support. Ladies TRAIN YOUR UPPER BODY- plank! And get your core strong. I was fortunate to train with county and was in the top 5 : it is no joke

. For those who have never been screamed at .. or in stressful tense situations’ prepare don’t come SOFT. Good luck to everyone’ wishing everyone good health and pray we all are in the next class
