What’s up everyone.. I have a serious question regarding phase 1 for essex county corrections. I have to provide copies of documents such as license and registration, birth certificate, selective service proof, ez pass statements, credit report, w2 forms, tax returns and more. However, it says notarize if applicable. Should I notarize everything or only a selected few?

Usually 1 sheet authenticates all documents. At least with my state and county cert: hope this was helpful.
