I got in contact with civil service because i took a prep course and studied hard and my results did not show (much lower grade than I thought but still passed). They said that they’re having technical difficulties with their database and are working to resolve the problem. To everybody that’s concerned, we’ll see what happens soon. Again, good luck to all

Thebigguy190 does that mean the score you received might not be the right score? I'm asking because my score was much lower then expected as well. Or did you mean just people having technical difficulties?

Exactly. They are working on the issues in their database. Once they are resolved the score can change. We will see hopefully mine was wrong and goes up to the 90s hopefully yours does as well

I’m so disappointed because I also prepared for the exam or at least I thought I did. I scored a 87.6 meanwhile my friend who never took a course received a 97.8. Just doesn’t make any sense.. I did everything by the book.

Not giving up though.. I’m still applying to other job openings. It’s my dream to become an officer. YALL don’t give up too.

There is a message on NJCSC that they are working on technical difficulties, and to keep checking your score. So maybe the scores will change for the better for some of us. Unless those of us who have scores and did not get a no show on the results have a valid score.

My score came back as a 91 in Hudson county. Does anyone know if I have a chance of getting into Union city or maybe Hudson County sheriffs.
