I’m in the process for Cape May but not Camden. I’ve noticed that a good amount of candidates who were at Cape May’s Physical Agility (well, at least the one we were at on the 12th) were also processing for another department.....

A kid from Middlesex County who also took CM and Camden was in the top three for Camden. Another guy was deep in the process for NJSP.

It is hard finding anyone in this year's process for Camden to contact due to there only being 25 ppl remaining out of the 160 that took the written. Apparently they want 8 Non Vets and 8 vets, so well see how that holds up

How was the 2.5 hour Chief’s exam for you? I’ve never gotten a good of a score for that exam than what I’ve gotten for the 90 minute exam. IMO the hardest part of the 2.5 hour exam is the facial recognition.

Did you have Orals scheduled yet for Camden?

Wasn't terrible, but Interviews are being conducted June 12th for Camden, not sure if there are multiple days for it but that is when mine is.

I just got to AC and staying there for the night before tomorrow’s written exam.

Are you gonna take two trips down to South Jersey? (albeit different parts) since you gotta process with both Cape May and Camden within a span of a few days.

My exam tomorrow for Cape is at noon so I am just going to head down tomorrow morning haha and for the Camden Interview, I will do the same. There is nothing like wearing a suit for 2-3 hours during a road trip, it is a lot of fun. haha

Any idea how many they will take into the academy as Alternate route candidates? Does it vary by year/class? Just trying to do the math.

For cape may? the Director said his last process had a total of 19 for both classes.

So my rough guess is one out of every five who took the written test will most likely get into the academy?
