- $750/mo includes electric/water/Directv/internet. Roommate to pay for 30% of oil delivery bill which is varies by use/climate.
- Preferably short term but will consider flexible lease options. Ideal for someone going through academy, switching locations (very close to netcong/hope/sussex barracks) or going through divorce.
- One dog on location, will consider small pets.
