I was certified by a couple places in Ocean county last process before moving and they have you do a non disqualifying PT test. Just wondering what other departments or counties do the same.
What departments?

Does anyone else have “TBD AT TIME OF CERTIFICATION” under their rank? I’m trying to figure out if I should have a numeric rank at this point. 94 in middlesex county

If you're talking about your score on the website, you don't receive a rank until you are certified by an appointing authority (department). You'll receive a rank upon certification in the mail by an agency.

Is it possible for a local jurisdiction to certify off a county list if for example if that local jurisdiction doesn’t have enough recruits?

Yea, if the local agency exhausts the eligibility lists of their residents, they will go off the county list.

If your Notification of Eligibility states "Jurisdiction: Statewide - All Depar" does that mean you are ONLY on the state list?

I do live in a civil service town though.
